Dr. DoanTrang Nguyen
Dr. DoanTrang Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Art in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She received her certificate in Dental Hygiene and worked as Dental Hygienist a few years before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. Post graduation, Dr. Nguyen completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at NYU Langone Health, Pennsylvania to further her education and clinical skills. Dr. Nguyen focuses on prevention and the early diagnosis of dental diseases while building a trustworthy, caring, and lasting relationship with her patients. She takes time to listen to her patients’ concerns and develop customized treatment plans that meet each unique patient’ needs. Dr. Nguyen participates regularly in continuing education courses, in all areas of dentistry to maintain progressive skills in general dentistry and offer the latest technique and technology to her patients. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Virginia Dental Association. She is also certified to provide Invisalign and soft tissue laser treatment. When Dr. Nguyen is not in the office, she enjoys hiking, cooking, exploring new places and volunteering at free dental clinics with her husband. Dr. Nguyen recently joined Fredericksburg Dental Artists and is excited to meet new patients to help them achieve healthy smiles.
